Where we deliver

We deliver all over Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray, Navan, and rural addresses too. Delivery times are the same wherever you are in the country.

We can also ship to most other countries. Allow 7 to 10 days for those once your order has been handled, and email us before you order if you would like us to check your address.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of €75 or more. Below that, a flat €25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

You can also choose Express Delivery in the cart for €25. It is a paid upgrade, so that charge applies to every express order, including orders that would otherwise go free.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery within Ireland then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our track your parcel page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.

Questions before you order

If you need an order by a particular date (a new puppy arriving, say), email us at theteam@customersupport.care before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
